Rachel Shepherd is joining us with a wealth of human resources experience. Rachel gained her degree in Human Resource Management at Massey University, and these qualifications led her to a contract role with the New Zealand Police in Position Management and Job Evaluation. Combined with another eight years as an HR Consultant, Rachel’s experience in employee/employer relations enables her to provide exemplary HR coaching and advice to clients.
